Each One, Teach One: Winter Performance Lab is a workshop for performers, comedians, storytellers, and public speakers who want to strengthen their voice, presence, and emotional clarity onstage. Led by a teaching artist Rob Santos, versed in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and trauma-informed teaching, the lab helps artists build self-awareness, regulation, and intention in their performance work. Participants explore how emotions show up in their material, how to stay grounded under pressure, and how to communicate honestly without burning out or disconnecting from themselves. Vulnerability is approached as a skill, allowing performers to develop work that is authentic, controlled, and sustainable. ***Payment plans and scholarship plans available. Just ask!***
