Each One, Teach One
Where are you on your comedic, mental, and emotional journey? Do you feel stuck or need a safe space to be yourself? Allow Rob to tag along your artistic and personal growth by using his holistic approach to stand up comedy!
The Each One, Teach One Workshop is a ground-breaking new approach to "teaching" stand-up comedy -- where you are the curriculum. You will embark on an emotional and spiritual exploration of self, led by Stand-Up Comedian Rob Santos.
Rob uses tools seen in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) such as Mindfulness and Emotion Identification and Regulation to empower performers to be present and aware of themselves and their surroundings. What you get out of the course is based on what you are willing to give. His holistic approach to comedy empowers performers to stop letting their minds, mess with their heads. The choice is yours!
Each One, Teach One consists of five 3-hour classes in a small group setting of no more than 5 participants per session. Rob leads each class and occasionally invites guest comedians to attend and offer additional perspectives, many of whom have been through the workshop previously, or been in the comedy industry for a number of years.
Each One, Teach One's methods are also available for schools and businesses. Please contact us for further details.
“I have been inspired by so many performers who have allowed me to teach them with my philosophies on performance, comedy, and mental health... We are out here changing the way we build a stand-up comic and artist community, one class at a time! Come be a part of the movement!”
- Rob Santos
